WOW! I wasn't sure what to expect when I bought this. I was pretty desperate because it can be so frustrating trying to open jars with tight lids. This device is amazing! It really works! I've used it on large jars with larger lids and small jars with small lids, and it works for all of them. The only thing is I can't vouch for how easy it would be for a person with arthritis, because I don't have arthritis. But for a regular person having trouble opening jars, it is definitely useful. Recommended!

This jar opener works pretty well. It expands to fit larger jars. The metal clamps tighten as you twist the top/handle . It takes a little bit to twist it, but it’s still a bit easier than trying to pop the lid with a butter knife. I was surprised it worked.

I use this gadget more often than expected. I find sitting the "teeth" on the lid a little tricky and I believe twisting in the opposite direction is what is confusing me but it works and only takes seconds to figure out. Regardless how tight the seal, this jar opener has not failed in opening a jar thus far. Happy to have it!

I had looked at this product some months back as I suffer from chronic neck and shoulder pain. I finally bought it and I'm happy to report that my pain is subsiding. I got the product while at work and tried it out on my lunch break and it was different but the stretching seems to be what I needed. 5 minutes is what I did at first and then when I got home I went up to 8 minutes. Easy to use high quality product. You can fill air to adjust to your neck length and comfort level. I uses it while watching TV. My TV is mounted high so if i am watching TV for longer time my neck starts getting uneasy but this traction device provides enough support. its is so comfortable that I started using it while sleeping. I recommend filling low air if you are considering to use while sleeping.

So for almost two years I�ve had numbness and tingling in my right hand that would only happen while I was sleeping. It got so bad that it started waking me up at night. I had purchased a wrist brace for wearing while I slept, and it helped a little bit, but it wasn�t correcting my problem. If I forgot to put my brace on, I�d wake up in the middle of the night from the pain. I ordered this neck traction cause it said it was adjustable and I�m so glad I did. I started using it the day I received it, and inflated it with gentle traction. After about 3 days of doing tbis (I do it right before bed, sitting up) my numbness improved by a lot. It�s been maybe two weeks of having this thing and my arm pain is all gone! If you have any sort of neck impingement then I DEFINITELY recommend this product!

This is a neat little contraption. I have constant back ache and I'm trying to work on my posture and came across this. It is a little claustrophobic at first but I think that's due to me not reading directions haha. Got to work up to the highest blown up! I like it and use it at least once a day. Just feels good stretching my neck the way it does it.

I bought this for my wife, as she was in an accident years ago and now has chronic neck pain. She's tried a few other items, such as over the door traction machines but they don't alleviate the pain enough, so we thought we'd give this a try before we buy a $200+ traction machine. Surprisingly this helps out a lot and she's seen a large amount of relief from it. She uses it about once per day (generally at night), and has told me it's helped with the the daily pain and tightness. Her only suggestion if you purchase this is to also get a mouth guard, as it does inflate near your jaw and can cause discomfort in your mouth since your teeth are pressing against each other. The three pillow design also always for some movement as you're inflating it, and the hand pump is super easy to use! She wouldn't let me put her picture up here, so here's me using it.

I bought this gadget because my mother always used one like it. They're very easy to put on a bottle, but then removing them is difficult. They conform to the bottle, and takes a long time to remove them, especially if you have thin nails. After trying to remove one with a knife and hot water, I was ready to throw all away. Then I remembered this little gadget. Presto! It easily removes the silicone bottle caps. Maybe I'll drink the wine more often now!

What a price for an incredible product. My mother is 78. I bought it for her because she had me opening all kinds of jars last time I visited. Well, she broke her wrist and was in a cast. Now she is in a velcro cast. With the cast, she can open her jars. This product rocks. Everything she has tried it will open. Good range of diameter jar lids too. Not electronic so nothing else to break on itself. Don't hesitate, but it now!

This is a must if you are a getting a little older and your grip isn't what it used to be. I have tried using a rubber swath of material and I still have trouble opening things, it was getting frustrating because I don't want to be dependent on someone always having to help me. Well I found this opener on Amazon and now I can open almost anything with ease.

I grew up using this fantastic style opener and I'm talking about a long time ago. I was excited when I saw this advertised because I have terrible rheumatoid arthritis in my hands. Plus I'm 75 and age weakens the body. I used to bang on lids or run the jar under hot water to get the lids off. This product negates the need for doing the aforementioned. I had purchased a metal gripping jar opener elsewhere but it didn't work as advertised. This one works. It's metal, has a mechanism that grips the jar lid tightly and allows a simple twist to open the jar. I also have a rubberized type that you kind of pick the right size among several on the device, squeeze and twist. That works too, but it seems to be breaking from age and use. This one should last longer.

At last I found a jar opener which actually works: I tried two versions of the Oxo, neither of which were any good. The Kichwit is very simple and easy to use; and it easily opens jars which in the past I had to strain to open either by hand or with other jar openers which ended up in the trash. Seems to be solidly built so it should be durable. It's easier to use on larger jars than say olive jars. It does making jars much easier to open and it is easy to use. I would recommend this and I would by it again if this one ever breaks. I have not used the key chain bottle opener yet but it looks like it would work well also.

My Mom had one of these devices back in the '50s so I had been looking for one myself. I'm glad I found it. I have not had it long so I have only used it once but it worked very well as I anticipated. The original handle was wooden painted a light green and was peeling but this one is solid plastic and shouldn't have that problem.

I needed something to help open my Thermos bottle full of coffee. When the lid is screwed on, it forms such a vacuum seal that it is almost impossible to open. While looking for a jar opener, I noticed this said good for arthritic hands. Even though my hands are in excellent working condition, I thought this would be an opener easy to use and in fact, it is super easy. It grips the lid perfectly and with a turn of the white handle, that Thermos lid opens with no problem. I am very very happy with this product!!
